Generally, no. As long as we can safely access the approved scoop areas, our team can service your yard while you are away. We send updates and a gate photo after the visit.
Friendly dogs can often remain outside during service. If a dog is aggressive or prevents safe access, we may ask that you bring the dog inside.
Our current recurring-service offer includes a $60 initial cleaning fee that is credited back after three months of continued service, subject to the service terms.
