Residential Pooper Scooper Service Questions

What to expect from routine dog poop removal, one-time cleanups, and optional treatments.

Our residential pooper scooper service covers Cleburne, Burleson, Crowley, Joshua, Godley, Keene, Mansfield, and select Fort Worth and South DFW neighborhoods. If you are near our service-area boundary, contact us to confirm availability for your address.

Standard service for up to four dogs is listed at $19.99 per visit for weekly cleanup or $16.99 per visit for twice-weekly cleanup. Large yards, additional dogs, and substantial accumulated waste may require a custom quote. See our Residential Services page for current rates and restrictions.

Yes. We offer recurring weekly and twice-weekly dog waste removal, as well as one-time cleanups. We assign recurring service days based on neighborhood routes. Request a quote to choose the best option for your yard.

We clean the agreed, accessible service areas where your pets go, including backyards, side yards, front yards, dog runs, flower beds, and patios when included in your service scope. Let us know about any areas that need special attention.

Our technician follows a consistent yard-search pattern, removes visible pet waste from the designated areas, bags the waste, and places it in your available outdoor trash receptacle. We secure the gate and send a completion update with a gate photo.

Yes. Odor-control and yard-sanitization treatments are optional add-on or standalone services, subject to property conditions and water access. These treatments are not automatically included with every standard scooping visit. See Residential Services for details.

Scheduling, Pets & Service Policies

The practical details that make regular yard cleanup easy and predictable.

For recurring service, you generally do not need to be home if the designated area is safely accessible and gates are unlocked. For the first visit or a one-time cleaning, someone must be present for the initial walkthrough and introduction.

Friendly dogs can usually remain in the yard if they do not interfere with the work. Dogs that are aggressive, threatening, or prevent safe access must be secured away from the service area before our technician arrives.

We send an on-the-way notification and a service completion update. The completion report includes a photo confirming the gate was closed after service.

Recurring cleanup days are assigned by route location to keep service consistent and efficient. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time or window. We will communicate when a schedule change is necessary.

Light rain generally does not stop service. Heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, snow, or ice may require a delay or skipped visit for safety and service quality. We communicate weather-related changes according to our service policies.

Yes. Our technicians clean and disinfect tools and footwear between properties to reduce the chance of carrying contamination from one yard to another.

No long-term residential contract is required. You can request a cancellation or eligible pause, subject to the notice and billing requirements in our Residential Terms of Service. Contact us if you need help changing your service.

Contact Simply Scoop within 24 hours of your visit if an area covered by your service was missed. We will return and re-clean that area at no additional charge under our satisfaction guarantee.

Commercial Pet Waste & Exterior Porter FAQs

Questions from HOA boards, apartment managers, and commercial property teams.

Yes. Our commercial services include pet waste station maintenance, dog park cleanup, common-area pet waste removal, and regularly scheduled exterior upkeep for HOAs, apartments, and other properties. Visit Commercial Services for details.

Depending on the agreed scope, exterior porter services can include litter and light debris pickup, designated community trash cans, dumpster-area tidying, sidewalks, exterior breezeways, outdoor amenities, and photo-documented issue reporting. Each property receives a tailored proposal.

Our standard exterior porter offering does not include indoor clubhouse or office cleaning. Designated pool or amenity restrooms can be quoted as separate, specifically defined tasks.
